THE PROJECT
DONAS DO CAFE
Donas do Cafè is “the experience of coffee, from beginning to end, through the eyes of women”. The project was born from the collaboration of a group of coffee producing companies managed by women and aims to bring information, training, and assistance in order to implement the best practices to produce quality coffee. Donas do Cafè means looking together, learning together, understanding the importance of production and processing, creating a new philosophy of work, and collaborating in a more virtuous coffee culture.
FAZENDA PIEDADE
The Godoy family, who produces this splendid natural Brazil, also actively participates in the “Donas do Cafè” project. Helio de Godoy, after having inherited the Fazenda Piedade from his grandfather, decided to abandon his career as an engineer to devote himself to the production of coffee. Today the company is managed by Olga Maria who, together with her daughter, is dedicated to the sustainable production of high-quality coffee, promoting training and assistance courses for all her collaborators.

"Producing special coffees is a new philosophy of work: We work with more added value and create a more virtuous coffee culture."

SINGLE ORIGIN
BRASIL
NATURAL RED CATUAI
Grown at an altitude between 900 and 1100 meters, in southern Minas Gerais, the largest state in the South-East of Brazil, and processed with a natural method, this special Arabica has a particular profile, characterized by a full body, a rich aroma and a fine and long-lasting acidity.
CUBA
CERRANO LAVADO
Cuba Serrano is one of the best coffees on the Isla Grande, grown at about 1000 meters above sea level, in the Sierra Maestra, the highest mountain range in Cuba, which extends in the south-east. The depth and intensity of the taste are due to the characteristics of the soil, rich in minerals, the geographical position, and the climate, which create the ideal conditions for the development of an extraordinary green coffee, an Arabica unique in the world for its aromatic profile. In the cup, the coffee has a full body with notes reminiscent of cocoa bean and pipe tobacco. The aftertaste is persistent and pleasant.
PERU'
WASHED - TRES MOSQUETEROS
This washed Arabica is a single origin blend resulting from the cultivation of many small producers. Small crops that can be found along the "Ruta del Café", an itinerary that winds along the Selva Alta, through incredibly beautiful valleys, where uncontaminated nature reigns with an incredible variety of flora and fauna. The richness of microclimates of the country characterizes its coffee, the Tre Mosqueteros surprises for its full body and low acidity that brings out notes of dark cocoa, malt, and caramel.
